All our pricing is FLAT RATE pricing which means that you never pay us "by the hour." All you will pay is the low $49.95 appointment fee and then the FLAT RATE cost for the repair itself. If all that is required to get your garage door to open is a lube and quick adjustment, then all you pay is the low $49.95 service fee.

Garage Door Springs

Our most common repair is the replacement of broken garage door springs. The cost for a set of two springs on a two car garage door is $116.00 or $76.00 for a single car garage door (1 spring). Even when you add our low $49.95 service fee to these FLAT RATE repair cost you will find our prices lower then any traditional garage door companies.
